Can you get in without steps?

Yes. The route from the street to the climbing floor and the cafe is step-free.

• The same route reaches the seating and the cafe, not only the walls.
• A pram gets the same benefit as a wheelchair here.
• Tell us on the way in if you would like a hand with anything.

Is there an accessible toilet?

Yes, on site.

• Ask any of our crew and they will point you to it.
• Our crew are on the floor the whole time we are open.

Where do you park?

There is accessible parking at the gym.

• We are at 20 Louvain Street, Coburg North, about 8km north of the city.
• Call us before you set out if you want to check what is nearest on the day.

Can you look around before climbing?

Yes. Our crew will arrange a time for you to come and see the space first.

• Email or call and tell us roughly when suits you.
• No climbing and no commitment - it is a look at the room.
• It is a good chance to tell us what would make a session work for you.

What should you tell us beforehand?

Whatever would make the visit easier. We would rather know in advance than work it out while you are standing at the counter.

• All climbing here is over padded matting, with no ropes and no harnesses.
• There are no top-outs. Every climb finishes on a marked finishing hold.
• Our crew run the safety induction on a first visit, and can take it slower.
• The waiver sits on our membership and pricing page and can be done at home.
